1. Each player must play one match against each of the three opponents in their group.

2. Players are responsible for arranging their own matches—PLEASE TRY TO ARRANGE MATCHES ASAP, PREFERABLY BEFORE MONDAY 27th March.

3. Each match comprises ONE SET with the winner being the FIRST TO 8 GAMES.

4. Players should use the handicap assigned to them below for ALL of their group matches.

5. Please ensure that you leave sufficient time to complete your match within the available booked time. We recommend that you restrict your on-court knock-up to 5 minutes, whilst encouraging you to do sufficient off-court warm-up of course!

6. Please record each match result in your group table as follows:
Winner: write “8” in your row in the column headed with your opponent’s name,
Loser: write the number of games you won in your row in the winner’s column.

7. In case of partially completed matches record the ACTUAL match score at the point the match was abandoned, and in the case of a WALK-OVER place “W” in lieu of the match score. In both cases please advise the organisers of the circumstances so that an appropriate adjudication can be made. PLEASE DO NOT AUTOMATICALLY ADJUST THE RESULT TO AWARD ONE PLAYER 8 GAMES.

8. ALL matches must be played on or before Noon on Friday 14th April.

9. Please consult Kees, Peter or Scott to resolve issues arising or to clarify the tournament rules.
